GENERAL

• You must agree and comply to my terms of services when sending a proposal/request, no exceptions• You must be 18+ to commission artwork from me• None of my art may be used for AI or NFT purposes

PAYMENTS

• Payments must be done upfront (when your request is approved)• Full payment must be made withing 48 hours of me accepting your request

REVISIONS

• Major revisions can be made during the sketching state, minor revisions may or may not be possible during lining stage• During the colouring, I will not allow last minute changes

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Estimated time of completion is 1 month• This can vary on other factors such as other proposals being worked on at the same time or other major things happening in my life• If for some reason I cannot complete your commission in the agreed upon timeframe, I will contact you for a choice.• You will be able to either choose to wait a little longer for me to finish your commission or if you would like a full refund

USE

• The finished artwork may be used for personal use• This includes desktop or phone wallpapers, your personal collection, avatars or profile pictures and more• Commercial use has to be agreed upon beforehand, and it will come at extra fees and/or royalties• Commercial use includes merchandise and streaming• Please let me know what you wish to use the artwork for in this case

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

My artwork must be credited with my social media username (holographicmango) when shared with other people. Feel free to tag me in the post if you decide to upload it to social media.

REFUNDS

Text• I may cancel your commission at any time if I an unable to complete it and will send over a refund promptly• Once the sketching process has been started, I do not accept refunds• Unless It is me as the artist who cannot complete your commission within the agreed upon timeframe• As mentioned earlier, I will then offer a refund or you can choose to give me extra time to complete the commission

COMMUNICATION

• It may take up to 3-4 days for me to respond to your initial proposal• You may always contact me for any questions• If needed, you can contact me through Discord as well (holographicmango)
